What is stored

Your account: email address, display name (from Google when you sign in with it), role, and the date you accepted the terms.

Your sign-in sessions: when they start and end, your IP address and browser name, kept while the session lasts.

What you do in the app: themes and ideas you follow, your picks, your committee calls, and the custom themes and drafts you write, with their sources.

Your display preferences (row density, colour-vision mode) stay in your browser only.

Who processes it

Railway hosts the app and its database in Europe (Amsterdam). Resend delivers sign-in and invitation mails. Google signs you in if you choose it. The text of your custom theme drafts is sent to Anthropic's Claude to draft the theme.

Nothing is sold or shared for advertising. There are no tracking or advertising cookies; the only cookie keeps you signed in.

Your choices

You can change your display name in Settings, make your custom themes private or delete them. To see or delete everything stored about you, or to close your account, ask us.
